Fleming Beauty Ventures LLC Client Agreement

Effective Date: July 31, 2024

To ensure Fleming Beauty Ventures LLC can continue to provide exceptional hair salon service, it is essential to have this client agreement in place. This will help establish clear expectations and ensure that Mary Fleming can serve her hair & beauty clients for many years to come.

The client accepting this agreement (referred to as "I" or "me") wishes to engage in hair & beauty services provided by Fleming Beauty Ventures LLC (referred to as “Fleming Beauty”). In exchange for the requested services, I agree to all terms outlined in this agreement (referred to as "Release").

Disclaimer of Benefits

I acknowledge that Fleming Beauty cannot guarantee any specific benefits from its hair and beauty services or products, including those available for purchase, recommended, or provided as complimentary samples, regardless of whether they are cosmetic, therapeutic, or related to alternative medicine. It is important to note that there may not be any assured physical or psychological advantages from these products or services.

Release of Liability

I hereby waive and release all present and future claims against Fleming Beauty, its successors, and assigns ("Releasees") for any personal or psychological injury, illness, disability, death, property damage, or financial loss related to being on the premises, receiving hair & beauty services, and using offered or suggested products, regardless of negligence.

Customer Content

Fleming Beauty may wish to photograph finished work. If I verbally agree to photos being captured or if I provide a customer review, I grant permission for my photo, name, likeness, and personal content to be used for commercial purposes without requiring further consent or compensation. I acknowledge that Fleming Beauty will possess complete ownership of all produced materials. By agreeing to these conditions, I relinquish any legal claims and confirm that I am above 18 years of age.

Payment Conditions

I commit to settling the full payment with Fleming Beauty upon the completion of services. I acknowledge that cash, check, or approved credit cards are all acceptable payment options, and I need to have my preferred method ready to avoid any payment delays. Fleming Beauty values timely payments as they help maintain smooth operations and client satisfaction.

False Statements

I agree to refrain from making any false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Fleming Beauty, whether orally or in writing, including on social media or other public forums. I acknowledge that Fleming Beauty reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to protect its interests, including but not limited to seeking damages and injunctive relief.

Agreement Updates

This agreement might undergo periodic updates. It is crucial to verify the effective date of the agreement and review any changes since the last version.

Governing Law

This Release represents the complete agreement between Fleming Beauty and me, replacing all prior understandings. If any provision is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in one jurisdiction, it will not affect other terms or provisions. This agreement is binding and governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
